USEFUL INFORMATION

When you add a class to your basket, a translucent orange bar will show at the top of the page showing the total of the class/classes you have selected. The button for the class will show slightly fainted teal (and it will stop you if you try to add it again).

The prices are showing excluding VAT on the form. The 20% VAT is added once the class is added to the cart. Everyone attending need to pay VAT on the tickets as you are joining this class in the UK; it isn't a product we are exporting. Each masterclass is £499 incl VAT and the demo day is £109 incl VAT.

The demo day will initially only be available to book if you are taking a masterclass. If there are still spaces available closer to the event we will open up tickets to the general public.

A separate form must be filled in for each person who is attending the event.

Payment is done via card through Stripe or PayPal.

Give the payment processors a few seconds to load, do not close the window or click the back button. If some time has passed and you don't think there was a problem with your payment, check your email to see if you have a confirmation.

CARD: If you select to pay via card, this is done through a processor called Stripe (which accepts the majority of card types, debit cards and credit cards, including Amex). The Stripe checkout will open when you press the submit and pay button—this is where you fill in your card details.

PAYPAL: Pay with card or a PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account you can simply fill in your card details - just choose the option that says I don't have a PayPal account. Usually this is at the bottom of the page.

Booking is time stamped at time of completed payment.

Even though this form keeps track spaces available, we all know technology does strange things sometimes! Especially if many people book at the same time. Please keep this in mind if we need to contact you about your booking.
We will assign tickets to the first time stamped booking with completed payment - unless the same tutor has been selected twice, in which case the booking is time stamped when we can get hold of you (during office hours, Mon-Fri 8:30-16:00 UK time).
