Wanaree is a prolific and dedicated maker, a generous and beautiful artist whose work combines precision and perfection with playfulness and exploration. She has created a wide range of innovative professional quality tools and texture plates which make it possible even for the most “organic” wild maker to achieve finely finished elevated metal clay work. Wanaree is an award-winning, primarily self-taught artist with a passion for illustration and world mythologies.​

 

Since beginning her metal clay career in 2008, Wanaree has remained at the forefront of innovation, both when it comes to technique as well as product development. Her classes are engaging, fun, and insightful, and offer students a chance to explore new approaches to metal clay.
