We're very pleased to introduce metal clay artist Meropi for her first teaching visit to the UK!

Meropi considers herself incredibly lucky and proud having been trained to the highest level with some of the world’s leading metal clay artists and instructors.  She is a certified Art Clay Senior Instructor since 2008  and a New Mokume Gane Certified Instructor since 2012; one of the first certified in Europe.

Based in Nicosia, Cyprus, Meropi is the Art Clay Distributor for Cyprus and runs the Metal Clay Cyprus studio, where she creates artefacts and run classes.

As instructor, Meropi teaches various classes from beginners to masterclass level both in Cyprus and internationally.

Meropi’s work has been honoured with awards such as:

Third Prize, 1st European Art Clay Festival Competition, Prague, Czech Republic, 2011

One of Meropi’s New Mokume Gane pieces was featured in  the Japan Silver Accessories Booklet 2013 and was exhibited in Tokyo!
