The feedback from the previous events has been amazing. Don't miss out on this great opportunity to surround yourself with creativity and inspiration.
We aim to keep this event as affordable as possible.
Not surprisingly, our costs have increased since the last event took place in 2018.
The costs just from the hotel (venue hire, bedrooms and food) have gone up between 9% and 32%(!).
This means our total hotel cost for the event has increased about 15%.
We are pleased to announce that despite these (in some cases VERY) significant raised costs we have managed to keep any ticket changes minimal with the highest increase being a very tiny 6% from 2018's ticket prices!
A couple of ticket options have not changed, one ticket has even gone down in price!
This section contains important information about tickets, bedrooms, the venue, and terms and conditions.
Please take the time to read it through carefully before you book your tickets.
If you have any questions you can call us for a chat Monday to Friday on 01929 554771.
Unfortunately tickets for this event are subject to VAT (a compulsory tax paid to the government).
The ticket prices below are shown including this 20% tax.
Don't miss a second of all the fun! Take part in all happenings, and enjoy relaxing and socialising at the end of the day - you might even be able to squeeze in a visit to the gym or pool! We're taking over the entire hotel from Thursday. Arrive Thursday to settle into your room from 2pm, visit the gym (if you are so inclined...), have a swim and a sauna, or take a stroll in the garden, then have dinner with us and catch up over a drink or two. And you can have a gentle wake-up with a swim in the warm pool, sit down to a served breakfast, and you'll only be a few doors from your class!
Included in your ticket:

General venue information
We've tried to keep the event as accessible as possible for everyone, but there are some class/session rooms which can only be accessed via stairs. If you have accessibility needs, please let us know so we can advise you of the venue and try to help where we can, and also try to allocate you a bedroom which can be accessed without stairs.
Unfortunately, at this stage we are not able to confirm where each workshop will be located, or guarantee which session can only be accessed without stairs. Please call us if you have any questions and we will do our best to assist you.
All rooms are en-suite. There is a range of different styles of rooms in the hotel. Some are located in a annexe, a minute's walk from reception. We can't guarantee which type of room you will get. If you have accessibility needs, please contact us.
We have some twin and triple bedrooms with a selection of bed combinations. If you are happy to share and save some pennies, post on the YCMI Facebook group to let people know that you are looking for a roomie. We will not assign room shares, this needs to be organised by you before you book your ticket.

Booking terms and conditions
Full payment required at the time of booking. Payment in parts might be possible but would need to be arranged in advance of booking, and would incur a small added fee. Please call 01929 554 771 to discuss.
Tickets are non-refundable. The only reason for a refund would be the unlikely event of the organisers cancelling the event, or changing the date or location. Whilst very unlikely, tutors can fall sick or cancel, if this happens we would arrange an alternative - a ticket refund would not be offered in this instance. We strongly suggest you have insurance in place to cover you for travel and other expenses, should you or we need to cancel.
Tickets can be transferred, or sold on, to another person.
